We do not store any banking information provided during purchase. To process an order, data is encrypted and sent safely to our payment gateway (BBVA Group). I haven’t received any order confirmation, is everything okay?
Once you have completed the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation automatically at your provided email. If you haven’t received anything in your inbox, don’t forget to check your spam or advertising folder. If you still can’t find it, write to us at sales@docedeal.com and we’ll send you a copy.

How can I request an invoice?

Can I cancel my order?
In case you are not happy with your purchase and want to cancel your order after the confirmation, please write to us at sales@docedeal.com. We will process your cancellation and refund the amount within the next five business days.

How long does it take to deliver my Doce Deal products?
If your purchase has receiving destination of USA mainland: it takes around 2 to 3 working days to deliver your goods at the doorstep.in case of overseas delivery: it will take 5 to 7 working days. Please note that our shipment company does not deliver during the weekend.

If I try them on and they don’t fit me, can I return them?
Obviously! The return is possible within 14 days after receiving your shoes. In order to process the return please refer to Return and refund page and input the required information. We’ll confirm your request once it is verified by our team.
